All Merchants should also note that any information posted to the Site may become publicly available. Posting to the Site constitutes the consent to share such information publicly.

SNAGpay may also disclose personal information when required to or believed appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply this Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users' or rights, property or safety; to protect our customers from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our platform; or if it is believed that an emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of personal information. In addition, information about our clients, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of the business assets of SNAGpay.


SNAGpay uses email to send you news and service updates, as well as notification of messages from other Merchants unless you "opt out" to receiving such emails by using the unsubscribe links within the emails that are sent to you by us. However, do keep in mind that as long as you maintain an account, you may not "opt out" of receiving service or account-related emails from SNAGpay.


A cookie is a small amount of data that includes a unique anonymous identifier. The identifier is sent to your browser from a website's system and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are required to access SNAGpay's services. SNAGpay uses cookies to record current session information but does not use permanent cookies. Merchants are required to log in into their account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect against others inadvertently accessing the account.

SNAGpay uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the platform seamlessly. Although SNAGpay owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application, merchants retain all rights to their data.


SNAGpay strives to secure all personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by putting into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information collected through the Site. Furthermore, account information can be accessed online only through the use of a password. Please be aware that despite the efforts put in place, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. To keep your personal information secure, you must keep your password confidential. You will be held responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using your password. Please notify us immediately if you believe your password has been misused or disclosed to anyone other than yourself. It should also be noted that email is not secure, and you should not send any confidential or sensitive information to us via an unsecured email.

SNAGpay cannot protect, nor does this Privacy Policy apply to, any information that you transmit to other users.


The SNAGpay website is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly entertain children on this site. By using the SNAGpay platform, you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age.


SNAGpay may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you about any noteworthy changes by sending a notice to the email address specified in your primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site or blog.
